By installing or using the Our UAE (إماراتنا) iOS application ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service.
Our UAE is a free, ad-free informational app celebrating the United Arab Emirates. It presents historical milestones, daily facts, and the national anthem. All content is sourced from official UAE government sources, including WAM (Emirates News Agency) and the official UAE government portal (u.ae).
The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the UAE government or any government entity. The UAE flag is displayed with respect and in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 13 of 2019.
The "Express Pride" feature lets you compose a personal pride message and generate a shareable card. This content is created and stored on your device only. The App does not transmit or store your composed text on any server. When you share a card, you are responsible for the content under the laws of your jurisdiction, including the UAE Cybercrime Law.
You agree not to use the App to create, share, or distribute content that:
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do our best to verify all facts against official sources, but accuracy is not guaranteed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App's developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
These terms may be updated. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
